Throughout the year, Deerhill Inn features a series of
Open House dinners, which are open to our houseguests plus the general
public. Each five-course dinner has a distinct theme and is created
to highlight the best that Vermont has to offer. Each course is paired
with a wine from our award winning New World Wine list.

First Course
Corn Crepes with Heirloom Tomatoes and Bacon, with Grilled Scallions.
Vermont Butter and Cheese's Fresh Chevre - paired with Kunde

Second Course
Grilled Summer Vegetables. Fondue of Peaked Mountain Farm's Eve
